RETURN OF GOODS AND RIGHT OF REFUSAL

You have the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the order by sending them by mail to the address below or to the Omniva parcel machine, notifying you in advance by e-mail or telephone. Legislation on hygiene products stipulates that the goods must be unused and undamaged, in the original unopened packaging. A printed order confirmation must be attached to the shipment. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

The payment received for the order will be transferred to the payer's account within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, but in some cases the refund may take up to 14 days.
