1. GENERAL AGREEMENT
DANA PURVIŅA (self-employed person), registration No. 20018810123, address: Dadzīši, Kārķu parish, Valkas novads, LV-4716, Latvia, owner and creator of the Ziepė brand, hereinafter referred to as D.PURVIŅA, provides the content available on the website https://ziepe.myshopify.com/, hereinafter referred to as the Website, and provides services in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below, the delivery terms, the return terms, other terms and conditions and the operating policy, the presentation of which can be found on the Website, in connection with certain functions, elements or advertising, as well as provides customer service, and all of the above are included in these terms and conditions (collectively referred to as the Terms and Conditions) and are part of them. By logging in to the E-SHOP section of the Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them and agree to comply with them without restrictions and conditions.
If a consumer, using the Internet, purchases hygiene products and other homemade household items offered on the Website in Ziepė, hereinafter referred to as the Goods, then such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia that regulate Distance Contracts, including, but not limited to, the Law of the Republic of Latvia “Consumer Rights Protection Law”, the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations on Distance Contracts”.
If the customer who ordered and purchased a product on the Website does not have legal capacity and/or capacity to act, the legal representative of this person (e.g. parents, guardians) is responsible for ordering and paying for the product. In the above case, the order cannot be canceled, and the purchase price is not refundable.
A distance contract for the purchase of the Product shall be deemed to be concluded at the moment of payment for the Product.
2. PRIVACY
D.PURVIŅA protects the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons, in particular the right to privacy, with regard to the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
D.PURVIŅA processes your personal data in different ways for several purposes, depending on whether you are a registered user (see point 2.2), an unregistered user (see point 2.3), have signed up for newsletters (see point 2.4) or have purchased a gift card (see point 2.5). D.PURVIŅA does not use or share the information you provide online without a legal basis. D.PURVIŅA is obliged to disclose personal data to state and local government officials in cases specified by law. We will be forced to disclose consumer personal information when required by law.
D.PURVIŅA may process your personal data in an aggregated form for statistical purposes in order to analyze and improve the services and products provided.
D.PURVIŅA takes all possible measures for the security of your personal information to protect it against theft, loss, misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification and damage.

- request correction or deletion of your personal data to the extent possible;
- request restriction or objection to the processing of your personal data;
- request the transfer of your personal data, to the extent possible;

- contact D.PURVIŅA and obtain additional information about the processing of your personal data.

2.2. REGISTERED USER
2.2.1. CREATION OF AN ACCOUNT
By registering on the Website and creating your customer account, hereinafter referred to as the Account, your personal data is used to conclude an agreement with D.PURVIŅA regarding the creation and maintenance of an Account, which is used as a communication channel for concluding a Distance Contract.
By creating an Account, you confirm that you are informed that the data you have entered is processed to create and maintain the Account, including to create and store your wish list and purchase history, and to send you information related to the execution of the Distance Contract, such as information on order execution, order clarifications.
